Un frente frío ha transitado sobre República Dominicana y ha dejado el ambiente muy fresco debido a que ha impulsado una masa de aire polar: por su influencia, las temperaturas descenderán en gran parte del territorio dominicano y la frescura significativa permanecerá hasta el viernes.

Avanza la temporada frontal 2023-2024 en el país y hasta el momento se han acercado al Caribe central ocho sistemas frontales, de los cuales este es el primero en tocar tierra dominicana. Hacia la zona montañosa y la región del Cibao se concentrarán las temperaturas más frescas durante laz próximas noches y madrugadas.

Mientras que un patrón meteorológico menos lluvioso se ha establecido en el país debido al alejamiento de la vaguada y al predominio de un sistema de alta presión en el Atlántico.

Everyone deserves to thrive. Everyone is worthy of a better world. That’s why we’re building a weather service for the climate emergency.

Currently’s new weather service is now live. In the weeks and months ahead, we’ll be continually adding more features and opening up more slots as we develop the service.

But for now, space is limited in the weather service because I want to make sure we can provide the highest quality service we possibly can while we work to refine the system with your input.

Our goal — as always — is to co-create the most personalized, most informative weather service that exists. And, above all, to make this service accessible, equitable, and resilient enough to bring safety and joy to the climate emergency.
